Terms of Service
Version 2026-07-01
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Molar platform — Cartographer, Guard, Clones, Trace, and the unified dashboard and APIs (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API tokens and for all activity under your account and organization. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each organization's data is logically isolated from other organizations.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only against applications and systems you own or are authorized to test. You agree not to: (a) use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system; (b) exceed or evade usage quotas and rate limits; (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
4. Customer content and target systems
You retain all rights to the applications you connect, the test scenarios you author, and the artifacts the Service produces for you (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Customer Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you.
5. Bring-your-own-key (BYOK)
If you configure your own model-provider keys, those keys are used to route your LLM calls and are stored encrypted. You are responsible for usage and charges incurred on your provider account.
6. Service availability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Quotas, rate limits, and bounded concurrency protect shared infrastructure and may apply.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Molar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on automated test results.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization at any time from organization settings; deletion removes your organization's data across our stores. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version date above reflects the current revision. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
